Due to the high demand for our works, all issued quotes are valid for 5 working days only. We do not price match, our prices are firm and we require a deposit in advance to book in any works.

A Property Investors’ Build Partner
We provide property investors with a fully dedicated build team at wholesale costing, in return for a 50/50 profit share.
This takes the hassle out of an investor requiring multiple trades to turnaround their projects, as we cover all aspects of the work with our inhouse team.
Our standard deal structuring is a JV agreement, with the property investor retaining a 1st charge over the property for their site purchase and refurb amount. Upon exit or refi, profits would be split equally, with us as the build partner exiting.
This provides investors with wholesale developer building works costings, rather than the larger costs normally charged by individual trades, thus keeping your build costs down to an absolute minimum, throughout your project.
We can also provide a full A-Z solution from finding highly profitable sites, right through to exit. Our standard inhouse sourced projects, typically profit £100K per exit, via turning 3 bed residential properties (C3) into 6/7 bed HMO (C4) properties, for resale. These developments take us between 6-8 months to turnaround. We have an efficient ‘cookie cutter’ developer approach, enabling us to churn projects efficiently with ease, on an ongoing basis.

For ongoing estate groundskeeper management, we can also provide a ‘live on site’ 24/7 keeper, while ensuring our offerings remain within your budgeting requirements.
We can also provide estates with pest control for managing feral pigeons, rabbits and such like, to protect your operations from loss of crops, grain or livestock.
